Shipping Information
When do orders ship: We will ship most orders placed before noon on the same day. There are times that we need to check the warehouse if we have an issue with stock. If it is going to take us more than 2 days to send out your order, we will communicate with you.
How long does it take for shipping? We ship from our retail store on Franklin Street. Don't forget that shipping days DO NOT include weekend days and delivery does not occur on weekend or holiday days. For North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia UPS ground shipping will typically only take 1 day. California can take 5 business days, and everyone else somewhere in between. Does “Special Shipping” change how quickly it ships? I must admit if a customer has requested special shipping, we will often try very hard to ship it the same day as ordered, even driving to the UPS facility if we missed the pick up. We do not guarantee it will ship same day though. We also will contact you immediately if your order cannot ship for some reason. Please note that UPS DOES NOT COUNT WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY DAYS AS SHIPPING DAYS AND THEY DON’T DELIVER ON WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY DAYS. This means even if you pay for overnight shipping on a Friday, you will not receive the package until Monday.
Shipping to a PO Box or APO address We do not offer US Postal shipping as an option yet. It is coming. Know that if you enter a PO Box address, we will ship it using the US Postal service for you, but it will add at least 1 day to your delivery time. APO and PO Box addresses can only be shipped using normal USPS, and so special shipping is not available. In order to ship to an APO AE address you have to fool the system by using another state and not the Armed Forces designation - try ALASKA, but please include the correct information in the Order Instructions box.
Can I pick my order up from the store? If you are going to be in Chapel Hill, we would love for you to pick up your order. You can select pick up at Chapel Hill Sportswear for free. Please put our store address in the shipping address information, so that we know you know where to go and that you did not accidentally select the "least expensive" option (free) not realizing it would involve traveling to Chapel Hill. The address is Chapel Hill Sportswear 119 E Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
International Orders We DO NOT offer international shipping. We have problems with international credit cards and there is not a system to correctly account for shipping costs for international shipping. Nike has also changed our retail agreement. Nike has decided to protect their international partners by not allowing us to ship any Nike item to an international address.
