This interlocking NC decal adds a little whimsy to the car, notebook, window. It is Carolina Blue with the addition of white polka dots. The vinyl decal is created using exterior vinyl background material printed with UV fade resistant inks for a color and decal that will last. The decal is applied to the outside/surface of the item with adhesive. The decal can be removed following the application of heat from a hair dryer and peeling off of the decal. 3 inches.
