This women's top has a henley neck that closes with 5 buttons. The print on the left chest is a thin CAROLINA over the interlock NC. I had to look up 'Hacci' which is a sweater like fabric with a loopy open knit textture. It is wrinkle resistant too. 96% Polyester/4% Spandex
